I had an awesome stay at Premier inn. It had everything I needed for my weekend down in London. Huge gratitude and a special shout out to Jo and Nisha, kind and very helpful personnel who made my stay as a guest even better.

Hotel definitely needs a refurb. Every member of staff were outstanding, but special mention must go to: Peter, Jo, Sam and Nisha. Excellent Customer Service.

Clean and tidy lovely staff (didn't like the self check in) but the staff were very helpful accommodating myself my partner and our 1 year old hotel is close to town centre the only downside was the 4th floor smelled of cannabis

Me and partner stayed for 2 nights and was using the sink but had to stop as the plug was stuck. Went down stairs to tell the receptionist and she said that she would sort it. We went out for an hour got back and found out it wasn’t sorted. My partner had to use a tea spoon to get it unstuck which he shouldn’t have to do then 2 hours later the lady came up and was about to sort it and we said it’s already sorted. I was not happy. The other thing that pissed me off was that it was my partners birthday and we got put next to the staff room and at 3am got woken up to banging and it was coming from the staff room. Which was not acceptable as it was so early in the morning and we was so tired and was going out in the morning to celebrate my partners birthday. I won’t be ever staying here again. Not impressed. The worse premier inn I’ve ever stayed at. May as well be a travelodge if this is how you want to present your hotel rooms and your service is worse than a travelodge and that is saying something. You better sort these things out or less people will turn up to your hotel and you’ll be shut down in no time. Because while we were there we weren’t the only ones complaining about the rooms. Someone said that one of your rooms smelled of cigarettes which means you need the Cleaners to actually do their jobs better as well.

Whilst the reception staff were really rather good, the restaurant experience was so bad my overall rating has to be 1 star. Had to ask for the heating to be put on in the restaurant when we entered in the evening. The server was completely disinterested, unfriendly, unprofessional and had no enthusiasm whatsoever. The food was appalling and you will see in the picture how much I left of it. The following morning at breakfast again the restaurant was freezing. I asked for the heating to be put on and was told that it didn't go on till 7:30 a.m. Appalling...

My stay at Premier Inn Bexleyheath was pleasant and met all my expectations. In particular, I was impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by Samawiya. She went out of her way to assist me and truly made my stay memorable. Her dedication and friendliness are a credit to the hotel, and I greatly appreciated her efforts. Peter checking me in early amazing staff member. Room cleaned great the rest no so much atall. Some cleaning not done properly walking into restaurant ordering at bar warm food part outside kitchen very dusty look like its never been Cleaned bad place for this.. also lack of stock at restaurant and the bar not good for guests

So many thanks to Peter and Jo at Premier Inn Bexleyheath. On Tuesday morning this week, we travelled by train from Twickenham to attend a close relative’s funeral. We arrived at the Premier Inn hoping that at early check would be available to enable us to get ready for the funeral. Peter was so very helpful checking to see if a room equivalent to the one we had booked was available. Jo also very kindly went to look for an available room. As the previous occupant of our booked room had not yet checked out, Peter arranged for another room to be cleaned and made ready for us. He said it may take an hour. We went into the restaurant where breakfast had just finished, but the staff member there was also so kind to us and allowed us to buy breakfast. Before we’d finished eating, Peter from reception came to find us to say our room was ready and we could check in as soon as we’d finished in the restaurant. All of this help made a very sad and stressful day quite a bit easier, as we were able to unpack and get ourselves ready in good time for the funeral. Thank you so much Peter and Jo and to the restaurant staff member (sorry we did not get your name, but I remember you had lilac coloured hair).

Stayed here at premier inn Bexleyheath for 5 days. Sobia at the reception is very professional and polite, she is extremely helpful person. You have really great staff. I will recommend.

I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Premier Inn, and it was truly one of the highlights of my stay. The team, led by Nisha and Silvia, delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. The breakfast spread was varied and catered to all tastes. From freshly baked pastries to a hearty full English breakfast, there was something for everyone. The eggs were perfectly cooked, and the bacon and sausages were full of flavor. The buffet was consistently replenished, and everything tasted fresh. What really stood out, however, was the service. Nisha was incredibly attentive, ensuring that all guests were well taken care of. She was quick to assist with any special dietary requests and always did so with a cheerful demeanor. Silvia, with her friendly and approachable attitude, made sure that our coffee cups were never empty and that we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. The overall atmosphere in the dining area was warm and inviting, thanks to the wonderful team. The attention to detail, both in the food and the service, made this breakfast experience truly memorable. I highly recommend having breakfast at Premier Inn, especially if you're lucky enough to be served by Nisha and Silvia. Always stay at this Premier Inn when I'm over from Germany. Rooms are clean and comfy. The staff are very helpful, kind and welcoming. Pete was especially helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

Service is good, not sure if ac is properly functioning, rest everything is good, people are nice and helpful. I wish they had phone in the room to talk to reception.
